the glamping pod was very clean upon arrival. the on-site swimming pool was to be kept clean as well. the toilet block on the campsite was clean. it was checked regularly. the showers were a nice size, so my clothes didn't get wet during showering!!!
the caravan i stayed in could have been cleaned more thoroughly. blinds were covered in dust. there were cobwebs everywhere also. stains were visible on the sofas and carpet. the tv wasn't working, though i reported it on the first day, it couldn't be fixed .

The caravan WAS clean and its location was good. The surrounding grounds were also clean and very well kept. Contact before we arrived was AMAZING and they let us check in late, it was a GREAT help!!!

The reception was always nice and friendly when we needed anything, and staff offered quick assistance. The team provided clear directions to nearby amenities. That was really helpful. Staff were VERY responsive.

The campsite was well kept and included a pool. The pub was lovely, and the play area was clean. Common toilets were cleaned regularly. EVERYTHIG was good.

The static caravan was in immaculate condition. It suited our needs perfectly. I felt very welcome . A tree for us was there when we arrived on boxing day. A present for my children was placed underneath.
The pod heating did not work. Only one door could be opened. Cutlery even if it was plastic would have been useful in the pod, though.

The location provides picturesque views. The campsite offers peace. The grounds are very well maintained to walk around. I enjoyed the quiet atmosphere. It was nice to relax.

Everything is within easy reach, helpful. I did appreciate that. Common restrooms were cleaned. These facilities were maintained well. The hot tub was very relaxing and heated well.

Staff members were informative and helpful. I really appreciated their assistance. Elaine, Mic, Dug Bow, and Darren were also very friendly. They seemed dedicated. Tam, the local taxi driver, was reliable and patient!

The nearby Fintry Inn is worth a visit. It is close. Locals are friendly. I met several nice people. This hotel provides a good selection of drinks.

The glamping pod offered enough space for a short getaway. The location allowed my dog to run freely in a designated exercise area (what a relief!).
The lack of a nearby supermarket required careful planning for supplies.
